How to open analytics

You can reach the analytics screens in any of these ways:

  • 🏠 Dashboard → Total Website Hosting Plan → open your plan → click the Analytics icon
  • 📂 Sidebar → Hosting → Website Hosting → choose a site → View Analytics
  • 📈 Sidebar → Services → Analytics → pick the site you want to inspect

Time range & theme (applies everywhere)

  • ⏱️ Time range: Use quick buttons like 1h, 3h, 12h, 1d, 3d, 1w.
  • 🧭 Custom: Choose a Relative range (e.g., 10 minutes, 6 hours, 3 weeks) or an Absolute range (exact Start → End date/time).
  • ☀️/🌙 Theme: Charts match your dashboard’s Light/Dark mode. Change the theme in the header; apply a time range to re-render charts.

Common patterns & what to do

  • Big spike in Traffic → Check IP and Path tabs; if it’s bots, tighten rules.
  • High CPU / Memory → Reduce heavy plugins, enable caching, or scale resources.
  • Low cache efficiency → Make static assets cacheable (images, CSS, JS); avoid bypass rules.
  • Many threats detected → Increase bot challenges or rate limits.
  • Slow Speed Test on Mobile → Defer non-critical scripts, resize/compress hero images, reserve image space to prevent layout jumps.

Export & share

Every analytics view provides Export CSV. Great for:

  • weekly updates to stakeholders
  • comparing campaign windows
  • attaching evidence to support tickets
