- Sidebar → Hosting → Website Hosting → open your site → you’ll land on Plan Details.
- From the plan card you can open Server Control, Backups & VM Details, or the Cancel dialog.

Safety first (2 tiny checklists)
Before Stop/Reboot
- Let teammates know about a short maintenance window
- Save changes in your CMS/admin
- Make sure no time-sensitive tasks are running
After Start/Reboot
- Open your homepage + one admin page to “warm up”
- Glance at Instance/System: ok
- If anything feels off, recheck Backups or contact Support
Common workflows
1) “Site feels slow / just updated stuff”
- 🔁 Reboot from Server Control
- ✅ Check homepage + login page
- Still slow? Review Backups & VM Details health; ask Support for a quick tune-up
2) “I need maintenance time”
- ⏹️ Stop in Server Control
- Make your changes
- ▶️ Start and Refresh to verify Running & ok badges
3) “A change broke the site”
- 🔁 Try a Reboot
- If still broken, restore Volume backup (content/files)
- For deep system issues, restore Image/OS backup or ask Support
4) “I’m moving providers / rebranding”
- Open Cancel Plan and choose a reason
- Request Migration help and/or Domain transfer
- We’ll guide timing, backups, SSL, and DNS to keep it calm
Troubleshooting
- Status won’t update → click Refresh in Server Control
- Health not OK after reboot → contact Support; include your Order #
- Forgot password → regenerate (if allowed) or ask Support to reset securely

Will Stop delete my data?
No—Stop only pauses the server. Your plan, files, and backups stay.
Which backup do I use?
Small mistakes → Volume. Full rollbacks → Image/OS.
Can you help me migrate or transfer my domain?
Yes. Mention it in the Cancel form or email support@cloudmysite.com.
