Website Hosting Plan Details

This page shows the essentials of your active hosting plan—plan name, order number, domain, region, billing duration, price, and quick actions such as opening analytics or managing the site.


How to get here

  • 🧭 Sidebar → Hosting → Website Hosting
    Click any site card to open its Plan Details.

  • or from your Dashboard click the plan card for the site you want to manage.


What you’ll see on the card

Website Hosting Card

SectionWhat it showsWhy it matters
Plan name (e.g., Essential Web Starter)Your current hosting package.Helps support identify your features & limits.
Status (e.g., Active)Whether the plan is live. Other states may include Pending, Suspended, or Expired.Only Active plans serve traffic and unlock analytics.
Order #Your purchase reference (e.g., #xxxx-8206).Useful for billing questions and support.
DomainThe primary domain connected to the plan.Click the domain in other areas of the app to open site tools.
RegionThe deployment region you chose when creating the plan.Keep visitors close to reduce latency.
CreatedThe date your plan was provisioned.Handy for audits and renewal timing.
DurationBilling term (e.g., 12 months).Tells you how long the plan runs before renewal.
PriceCurrent plan price (e.g., $14.99).Use this for budgeting and approvals.

💡 Tip: If you need to change the domain, add sub-domains, or migrate, open Services → Domains or submit a support request from the Help menu.


Quick actions (bottom row)

You’ll see a row of round buttons. The exact set may vary by plan, but they usually include:

  • Power / Maintenance
    Safely put the site into maintenance or bring it back online (when available).

  • ℹ️ Plan Info
    View limits and included features for this package (storage, bandwidth, add-ons).

  • 📈 Analytics
    Jump directly to Website Analytics / Performance / Security / Traffic for this site.

  • ✖️ Cancel / Remove
    Request plan cancellation or unlink from your list (availability depends on status and billing).

Common tasks from here

  • Open Analytics → Inspect traffic, performance, and security for the selected domain.
  • Update region or plan → Contact Support to discuss moving regions or upgrading tiers.
  • Billing questions → Provide your Order # and we’ll assist with invoices and renewals.
  • Change domain → Use the domain tools or ask Support to guide you through a safe switch.

  • ✅ Keep your status Active and your billing info up to date to avoid interruptions.
  • ✅ Use the region closest to your audience for the best speeds.
  • ✅ Review analytics weekly to spot trends early (traffic spikes, errors, unusual sources).

FAQ

Can I change the plan name or duration mid-term?
Yes—open a ticket from the Help menu and we’ll review upgrade/downgrade options.

What happens if my plan expires?
Your site may stop serving traffic until you renew. We’ll notify you ahead of time using the email on file.

Where do I manage DNS or email?
See Services → Domains (DNS) and Email & Domain for mail-related features. If you’re not sure, Support can point you to the right place.
