"You have already used all website slots"​

Cause:

  • your plan website limit is reached

Fix:

  • upgrade plan, then retry upload

"Upload blocked on Free Starter"​

Cause:

  • one site is already deployed on Free Starter

Fix:

  • upgrade plan to add more websites

"Please upload one before managing/editing"​

Cause:

  • no deployed website exists yet for that entry

Fix:

  • upload and deploy first, then reopen Manage Website

"Configuration/Analytics not available"​

Cause:

  • trial status or invalid/missing custom domain

Fix:

  • upgrade and connect a valid custom domain

Domain/URL Not Updating on Card​

Fix checklist:

  • refresh dashboard
  • reopen BYOW section
  • verify domain is saved in your current site entry
