Typical states shown in BYOW are:
- paid
- free trial
These states affect access to features like configuration and analytics.
Upgrading
Upgrade when:
- you need more website slots
- feature access is restricted under current plan
Cancellation Flow
- Click the Cancel Subscription icon on your plan card.
- Select reason and optional comments.
- Submit request.
After submission, you receive a confirmation message (and support case details, if available).
