AI Receptionist Plans And Trial
CloudMySite AI Receptionist has three main plans for different call volumes.

Extra minutes may be billed after included minutes are used. Current overage rates are:
- Starter: $0.12 per extra minute
- Growth: $0.10 per extra minute
- Pro: $0.08 per extra minute
Trial
The setup flow includes a 14-day trial. The trial includes 20 test minutes, requires a payment method, and can be cancelled anytime.
You can enter business details and choose number preferences before the trial starts. CloudMySite only claims the selected AI number after your trial starts. Number availability can change until checkout is complete.
When Billing Starts
During setup, you first create a draft. Then you start the trial and reserve the AI forwarding number. After the trial period, billing follows the selected plan unless the plan is cancelled according to the active billing terms shown during checkout.
Choosing A Plan
Choose Starter if you mainly want to test AI call answering. Choose Growth if your business receives steady customer calls and needs human transfers. Choose Pro if you expect high call volume, need more minutes, and want priority setup support.
