What To Include

Add:

  • core services
  • appointment or booking types
  • service area limits
  • what information callers should provide
  • what your business does not offer
  • whether estimates are free, paid, or case-by-case

Example

We offer haircut, color, blowout, bridal styling, and kids haircut appointments. New color clients should request a consultation before booking a full color service.

Use Clear Boundaries

If you do not offer a service, say so clearly:

We do not provide emergency plumbing. For active leaks, callers should contact a licensed emergency plumber.

This prevents the AI from promising work your team does not perform.
