Pricing Knowledge
Pricing knowledge helps callers hear only the price, range, or estimate guidance they asked about.
Add One Item Per Card
Pricing cards can include:
- item name
- price or range
- quantity or range
- customer-facing note
- internal note
- keywords
- behavior
- active status
Example:
Item name: Standard haircut
Price or range: Starting at $35
Customer-facing note: Final price depends on hair length and stylist availability.
Keywords: haircut, trim, price
Behavior: Answer
Customer-Facing Notes
The customer-facing note is safe for the AI to say out loud. Use it for conditions, estimate language, or next steps.
Internal Notes
Internal notes are for your team. Do not put caller-facing promises in internal notes. If the AI should say it, put it in the customer-facing note.
Avoid Overpromising
If pricing changes often, use ranges:
Most repairs start at $125. Final pricing depends on parts, labor, and the technician's inspection.
If pricing must be reviewed, set behavior to Take message or Transfer.
