Usage shows how much call activity your AI Receptionist has handled during the current period.
Dashboard Metrics
The dashboard can show:
- plan
- calls this month
- minutes used
- last call
- messages taken
- transfers
- setup status
- AI number

Trial Usage
The 14-day trial includes 20 test minutes. Use those minutes to test the AI number, approved knowledge, transfers, and full forwarding path before going live.
How To Control Usage
- Test before forwarding real calls.
- Use after-hours only if you do not need all-call coverage.
- Keep answers concise.
- Add FAQs for repeated questions.
- Turn off forwarding if you pause or cancel service.
