Call history helps you understand what callers asked, how the AI handled them, and what your team should follow up on.

What You May See

Call history can include:

  • date and time
  • caller number
  • duration
  • caller intent or topic
  • summary
  • transfer status
  • final call status

New setups may show no call history until the AI number starts handling calls.

How To Use Call History

Use call history to:

  • find missed questions
  • identify common FAQs
  • check whether transfers are working
  • track message-taking volume
  • monitor high call times
  • review how callers describe services

Improve Knowledge From Calls

If callers repeatedly ask a question the AI cannot answer, add an FAQ card or custom knowledge card. Then test again.

Privacy Reminder

Call history may contain caller phone numbers and summaries. Share access only with team members who need it for business follow-up.
