Forward NumberGarage Calls To AI Receptionist

Use this guide if your current business phone number is managed in NumberGarage or NumberBarn.

NumberGarage/NumberBarn supports forwarding calls to a US or Canadian phone number and allows forwarding changes from the account control panel. Provider labels may change, so use this as a practical checklist.

Setup Steps

  1. Copy your AI number from CloudMySite.
  2. Call the AI number directly and confirm the AI answers.
  3. Sign in to NumberGarage or NumberBarn.
  4. Open the phone number customers call today.
  5. Find Calls, Call Forwarding, Forward, or a similar call handling setting.
  6. Set the forwarding destination to the AI number.
  7. Save changes.
  8. Call your current business phone number from another phone.
  9. Confirm AI Receptionist answers.

What To Check

  • The current business phone number is the NumberGarage number customers call.
  • The destination number is the CloudMySite AI number.
  • Forwarding is enabled for all calls you want the AI to answer.
  • The AI number is not forwarded back to NumberGarage.
