The Two Phone Numbers
AI Receptionist setup uses two important numbers:

| AI number | The CloudMySite/Amazon Connect forwarding number assigned to your AI Receptionist. This is the number your current business phone number forwards calls to. |
You keep advertising your current business phone number. After setup, you manually forward that current business phone number to the AI number. Customers continue calling the number they already know.
What The AI Can Do

How Knowledge Works
